Veridian Homes is dedicated to the concept of livable communities and traditional neighborhood design. In a Veridian neighborhood you will notice a much higher level of planning and design, including an emphasis on landscaping, parks and other amenities that are shared by everyone in the community. Some neighborhoods also incorporate private carriage lanes which enable Veridian to use less land for houses and roadways leaving more opportunities for common parks and green space.

To insure that these common elements and community services are maintained, each neighborhood has a Homeowner Association. All owners within the neighborhood become members of the Association when they take ownership of their home. As a member, owners are responsible for paying their share of the expenses involved in maintaining the common elements and providing the community services.

On the My Association pages, you will find the operating budget for each Association for the current year. These budgets are estimates only and are used to determine the annual amount charged to each owner. At the end of each year, the actual expenses are published. If the actual amount is more than the budget, owners are billed for the difference. If the actual expenses are less than the budget, each owner receives a check or credit. The actual expenses for each year are also used to set the new budget for the coming year. Veridian Homes has contracted with DSI Real Estate Group, Inc. to provide oversight and bookkeeping for the Associations.
