Dan Brinkman

A Madison native, Dan Brinkman, began his career in the real estate industry in the field of property management in 1986. He progressed in the industry and in 1990, while with one of Madison's largest firms, he was responsible for the management oversight of over 1,800 apartments located in Madison and Southern Wisconsin.

In 1994 he joined DSI Real Estate Group as Manager of Property Management Services responsible for the operations of the residential and commercial property management divisions. This position continued to expand to include responsibilities in development, leasing and brokerage, until in 1998 he was named Vice President. As Vice President he oversees all operations of our business, spearheads our commercial development efforts and serves as our firm's Designated Broker. He is also active in the National Association of Realtors® and has earned the designation of Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB).

With over 20 years experience covering the entire spectrum of commercial real estate, Dan is especially good at seeing the big picture. From personnel, to investment analysis, to small business operations, Dan can lend a unique perspective on your project or property.

With over 35 years in the real estate industry and a masters degree in Real Estate Investment Analysis and Appraisal, Mark is one of the area's most experienced commercial real estate professionals. He has assisted in managing a portfolio of 9,000 apartment units, helped raise equity capital to acquire more than 6,000 apartment units and brokered many office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses and development land. He is also active in office and retail leasing.

Mark began his career in Indianapolis, Indiana, as a real estate market and feasibility analyst, studying more than 70 geographic markets for prospective development opportunities. Later he was responsible for merchandising five new apartment complexes and supervising day-to-day management of thousands of units. He joined DSI Real Estate Group in 1992.

Mark is a member of the Realtors® Association of South Central Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Realtors® Association and the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association. In 1981, he earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. With his diverse experience, Mark especially enjoys addressing complex real estate challenges, such as portfolio diversification, real estate value enhancements, and tax-deferred exchanges.

As a senior Broker with DSI Real Estate Group, Tim has an extensive and varied background in the field of commercial real estate. Tim specializes in the marketing of multi-family housing, as well as sales of land, office, retail and warehouse properties, and has extensive experience with 1031 tax deferred exchange transactions. His annual gross commissions consistently rank in the top 5% nationally. Licensed as a Broker at DSI since 1988, Tim began his career in real estate in 1979 managing rental housing, advancing to regional director for National Realty Management. In that position, Tim was responsible for managing the firm's apartment complexes in the eastern half of the United States.

Tim earned the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM®) from the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is an active member of the Commercial/Investment Real Estate Association and the Greater Madison Board of Realtors®. With a commitment to quality, a thorough knowledge of the real estate industry, and an exceptional sense of follow through, Tim ensures that his clients' investment goals become realities.

Bringing 18 years of diverse real estate experience to DSI Real Estate Group, Brad provides expertise in facility and staff management, commercial leasing, construction, and marketing.

Drawing from a diverse set of expertise and experience Brad provides the supervision, planning, and daily coordination for the management of all DSI facilities to ensure that the goals and objectives of the company and the customer are met.

In addition to the management of the DSI facilities and staff, Brad is active as a Landlord Representative in the leasing and brokerage of existing and new commercial properties, primarily office and office/retail facilities located in the greater Madison area.  Over the years Brad has also developed experience in local and regional tenant representation for companies looking for single or multiple locations.  Small and large companies have utilized Brad's expertise and experience in commercial real estate.

Glen Pretti rejoins DSI Real Estate Group in 2008! With more than 18 years of experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing, Glen specializes in commercial/investment building acquisition, disposition and leasing.

Glen obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from UW-Madison in 1989 and promptly began building an unparalleled reputation as a commercial broker with both DSI Real Estate Group and Coldwell Banker Commercial.

Glen has successfully closed commercial real estate sales and leases worth over $120 million and was named a member of the Coldwell Banker Commercial "Circle of Distinction" in 2004 and 2005 and was a top producer in the State of Wisconsin in 2001.

Portfolio Manager - Homeowner/Condo Associations - Realtor®

Tara has been active in the real estate industry since 2003.  In 2004, she became a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Wisconsin. In 2007, she earned her Brokers designation. Her various experiences include homeowner/condo association management, property management and residential/commercial sales.  She also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Tara directs the management of over 25 Homeowner/Condo Associations and 4500 Association units. She oversees all aspects of association management from daily planning and property maintenance, to long term capital planning and budgeting. She directs the employment and performance of all sub-contractors required for operation of the Homeowner/Condo Association neighborhoods. Her primary focus is to ensure positive customer relations, professional service, and beautiful neighborhoods.
