Residential Property Manager - Condominiums and Apartments
Jen DeNure is the Residential Property Manager for condominium communities and apartments at DSI Real Estate Group. She has extensive knowledge in the maintenance, operations, and management of residential properties. She provides management oversight on over 500 residential and condominium units. Jen has held real estate management positions in the property management industry for over 10 years.
As Residential Property Manager, Jen is personally involved in the daily operations of apartment and condominium management for DSI Real Estate Group. She is responsible for maximizing all phases of performance including directing and supervising staff to achieve the financial and occupancy goals of the community, while maintaining our properties in good physical condition and appearance. In addition, she supervises daily management activity such as monitoring the performance of vendors and contractors, budgeting operating expenses, customer relations, requests and customer retention.
