Residential Property Manager - Condominiums and Apartments

Jen Brewer is the Residential Property Manager for condominium communities and apartments at DSI Real Estate Group. She has extensive knowledge in the maintenance, operations, and management of residential properties. She provides management oversight on over 500 residential and condominium units. Jen has held real estate management positions in the property management industry for over 5 years.

As Residential Property Manager, Jen is personally involved in the daily operations of apartment and condominium management for DSI Real Estate Group. She is responsible for maximizing all phases of performance including directing and supervising staff to achieve the financial and occupancy goals of the community, while maintaining our properties in good physical condition and appearance. In addition, she supervises daily management activity such as monitoring the performance of vendors and contractors, budgeting operating expenses, customer relations, requests and customer retention.

Michelle Holman

Assistant Property Manager

Michelle started her employment with DSI Real Estate Group in August of 2005. Her education includes an Associate Degree in Business Management. As Assistant Property Manager, she assists in the management and maintenance of various apartment and condominium communities, totaling over 500 units.

Her scope of work includes general management duties such as tenant inquiries, arranging maintenance, and preparation of notification letters, leases, and renewals. Her main focus is tenant relations, retention, and evaluation of rental needs.

Michelle has a keen eye for correcting small problems before they become big ones, thus contributing substantially to our client's bottom line. In addition to her apartment management portfolio, Michelle also assists in the management of Condominium Associations.
