Jen is the Commercial/Residential Property Manager at DSI Real Estate Group. She has extensive knowledge in the maintenance, operations, and management of commercial & residential properties. She provides management oversight on over 500 residential units and 150 commercial units. Jen has held real estate management positions in the property management industry since 2001.
As Property Manager, Jen is personally involved in the daily operations of management for DSI Real Estate Group. She is responsible for maximizing all phases of performance including directing and supervising staff to achieve the financial and occupancy goals of the community, while maintaining our properties in good physical condition and appearance. In addition, she supervises daily management activity such as monitoring the performance of vendors and contractors, budgeting operating expenses, customer relations, requests and customer retention.
