Shandar joined DSI Real Estate Group in May of 2015 as the Association Manager. She started her career in the Real Estate industry in 2013 as a leasing agent; she was soon promoted to Property Manager. Prior to working in Real Estate, Shandar worked in the hospitality industry as a restaurant manager. Shandar has a strong background in customer service, and enjoys working with people.
As Association Manager at DSI; Shandar manages Homeowners Associations and Condo Associations. Shandar helps the associations maintain the integrity and beauty of their neighborhoods. Shandar works as a liaison between the HOA’s and their vendors.
