Administrative Specialist

Shannon most recently joined the DSI Team in May of 2020 as the office Administrative Coordinator. She is responsible for the daily operations of the front desk, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to help keep the office running smoothly, and customers and tenants satisfied. She comes from an Administrative back round, working as an Administrative Assistant to the Regional Service Director at a large service corporation, and as a Client Service Manager at a veterinary clinic. Shannon graduated in May of 2019 at Madison College for Business Management and looks to apply her knowledge to the real estate field. Her attention to detail, customer service skills and willingness to help others contribute to the quality of services provided by DSI Real Estate Group.
