DSI Real Estate Group is seeking a customer-centric individual to join our team as an Administrative Specialist!
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Performing day-to-day administrative duties, including clerical, reception & project-based work
- Answering all calls to the main phone line, and routing them to the appropriate person
- Recording lead and advertising information
- Greeting incoming visitors and guests
- Maintaining reception area, kitchen, and conference rooms
- Preparing and maintaining leases, as requested
- Maintaining office supplies, and office equipment
- Processing applicants, as directed.
The successful candidate will have:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years administrative work experience; preferably in real estate or property management
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite and a general knowledge of Adobe In-Design
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and priorities.

- Strong sense of professionalism with the ability to establish and maintain relationships.

CAREER OPPORTUNITY: ACCOUNTANT
DSI Real Estate Group has a great opportunity in its finance department for an Accountant to join our team!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare monthly reconciliations for multiple entities and departments.
- Prepare recurring and adjusting journal entries.
- Actively participate in the monthly financial close process.
- Support departmental personnel with a wide variety of accounting tasks including transactional processing.
- Effectively communicate with peers, customers, and leadership personnel to facilitate informed decision making.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or experience in lieu of degree. Accounting experience in real estate is preferred. Intermediate Excel skills, a desire to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, and a proven attention to detail is required.

CAREER OPPORTUNITY: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
DSI Real Estate Group has a great opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our team! As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the properties and assisting the Maintenance Team to achieve the goals of the Company portfolio.
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Performing service requests and preventative maintenance
- Diagnosing problems and repairs in the areas of carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical and HVAC
- Inspecting buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness
- Providing excellent customer service to prospective and current residents
- Preparing maintenance reports and documentation
- Maintaining an inventory of tools, supplies and equipment
Requirements for this position include a minimum of two years of maintenance experience, a current WI driver’s license (in good standing) and reliable transportation. Must own an inventory of basic tools for common repairs. Other requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a polite and professional approach and excellent customer service skills. Position requires on-call and extended hours, including after-hours and weekends.
