Annie joined DSI Real Estate Group in 2014 as an Administrative Coordinator, bringing dedication and a sharp attention to detail to her role. In 2018, she transitioned to the Residential Leasing Team as a Leasing Agent, taking on a key role in managing day-to-day operations, maintenance coordination, and enhancing the overall tenant experience across DSI’s apartment communities.
With a strong focus on tenant relations, retention, and evaluating rental needs, Annie excels in delivering exceptional service. Her responsibilities have included handling tenant inquiries, coordinating maintenance, and preparing leases, renewals, and notification letters—all with a meticulous approach and a commitment to efficiency.
Recognized for her leadership and expertise, Annie was promoted in March 2025 to Senior Leasing Agent & Leasing Team Lead. In this role, she works closely with the leasing team to ensure operational excellence and seamless communication with potential tenants. As our Leasing Team Lead, she provides strong mentorship and strategic direction for DSI’s Residential Division, driving leasing performance, optimizing processes, and upholding the high standards of service and professionalism that define DSI Real Estate Group. Additionally, she plays a vital role in maintaining elevated contact with owner-investors, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring their investment goals are met.
In February 2026, Annie was promoted to Residential Division Manager, further recognizing her leadership, experience, and continued contributions to DSI Real Estate Group. In this role, Annie serves as the direct point of contact for DSI’s leasing team and residential managers, providing leadership, guidance, and support across the Residential Division. She works closely with team members to promote consistency in operations, strengthen communication, support leasing and property management initiatives, and uphold the high standards of service and professionalism that define DSI Real Estate Group.
