Karen Brinkman

Administrative Coordinator

Karen joined the DSI team to support the customer service and administrative efforts in 2015. She brings three decades of hospitality experience to the organization having filled key roles for major hotel brands throughout the Midwest. Karen’s expertise spans the customer service, HR, accounting, and sales functions.

In her current role Karen expedites telephone calls and assists our visitors with their requests at the front door. Karen also supports our accounting, property management, and maintenance staff with their administrative needs.
