Summer is Here!
☀️ Summer Message from the HOA
As we welcome the summer season, we hope all residents are enjoying the longer days, warmer weather, and the many opportunities to spend time outdoors with family and neighbors.
Summer is a wonderful time to spend outdoors and so exterior home projects.
Please keep in mind that any exterior project does need to go through the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). All ACC information can be found here- https://www.dsirealestate.com/condo-hoa/acc/
We also want to send a friendly reminder to properly maintain your property, including landscaping and exterior upkeep, to keep our community looking its best. Mowing and weed maintenance should be done on a weekly basis to keep your yard looking its best.
On behalf of the Board and management team, thank you for your continued cooperation and commitment to making our community a wonderful place to live.
We wish you a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable summer!

Please submit your materials early so you have plenty of time to get on your contractors schedule, the ACC has up to 30 days to review requests once materials are submitted. The ACC webpage is a great resource to review what types of projects require approval: https://www.dsirealestate.com/condo-hoa/acc/.
Lawn Maintenance Reminder – once we officially enter mowing season, it is important to ensure your lot meets the CCR requirements of being mowed/maintained at least once every fourteen (14) days, and that the lawn and all landscaping beds are kept free of weeds.

Winter Update
Snowy season is upon us. Vendors have 12 hours to clear HOA maintained areas, after snow fall has stopped. If you notice HOA maintained areas that are not being cleared, please reach out to us at hoa@dsirealestate.com.
If you are not sure what areas are/are not maintained by the HOA, please click the “Documents” button to the right to review the Snow Removal Map.
Homeowners are responsible for snow removal on their individual driveways, walkways, stoop, stairs, etc.
