Mowing season has arrived. If you notice any HOA maintained areas that have been missed, please reach out to hoa@dsirealestate.com, so we can contact the vendor right away and get it taken care of. If you are unsure which areas are maintained by the HOA, please reach out and we would be happy to discuss!

A friendly reminder, mowing of individual lawns should occur no less than once every fourteen (14) days, during the growing season. We ask that you please do your part to keep the neighborhood looking beautiful, by keeping your lawn mowed and free of weeds. 🙂

Annual Meetings are underway! Notice of the scheduled annual meeting date and time for your neighborhood will be sent out via email and U.S. Mail. All meetings will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams.
2023 HOA dues have been added to each homeowners individual HOA account. A 10% late fee will be added to each past due account on March 1, 2023. If you have any questions or are unsure if you have paid your 2023 dues, please reach out to hoa@dsirealestate.com and we would be happy to assist! A copy of the neighborhood budget can be found under the ‘Documents’ tab.
