2025 HOA Dues
The 2025 budget and dues invoice has been mailed out via U.S. Mail to all owners within the neighborhood.
The budget has also been posted to the DSI website and can be found by clicking on the ‘Documents” tab. 2025 HOA dues are due by January 31st, 2025.
Dues can be paid via your online account or by mailing in a check, whichever works best for you.

Winter Update
Snowy season is upon us. Vendors have 12 hours to clear HOA maintained areas, after snow fall has stopped. If you notice HOA maintained areas that are not being cleared, please reach out to us at hoa@dsirealestate.com.
If you are not sure what areas are/are not maintained by the HOA, please click the “Documents” button to the right to review the Snow Removal Map.
Homeowners are responsible for snow removal on their individual driveways, walkways, stoop, stairs, etc.
City Street and Alley Snow Removal
The HOA is not responsible for snow removal on the City Streets or Alleys within the Grandview Commons neighborhood, the City of Madison is. If you have concerns about these areas, you can reach out to the City of Madison via their Report a Problem feature: https://www.cityofmadison.com/reportaproblem/, or by calling 608.246.4532.
