Spring is upon us!
Happy Spring!
As the weather warms up and we enter landscaping and mowing season please ensure that your property is being maintained per the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for the neighborhood. A copy of the covenants can be found under the “Documents” tab. Additionally, if you notice any mowing or landscaping issues in the common areas, that are maintained by the HOA, please reach out and let us know!
Friendly Reminder:
If you plan to make changes to the exterior of your home whether it be, landscaping, fencing, solar panels, decks, patios, etc. it will first require approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Please visit the ACC web page for more information on projects that require approval, as well as the application process: https://www.dsirealestate.com/condo-hoa/acc/.
