Spring has arrived!
Happy Spring! Now is a great time to start thinking about improvements you would like to make to your lot as the weather warms up! Please remember, you will need ACC approval prior to beginning a project on your lot. Please submit your materials early so you have plenty of time to get on your contractors schedule, the ACC has up to 30 days to review requests once materials are submitted. The ACC webpage is a great resource to review what types of projects require approval: https://www.dsirealestate.com/condo-hoa/acc/.
Lawn Maintenance Reminder – once we officially enter mowing season, it is important to ensure your lot meets the CCR requirements of being mowed/maintained at least once every fourteen (14) days, and that the lawn and all landscaping beds are kept free of weeds.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out!
