ACC Approval

Please submit your application and all required documents to the ACC via email – LibertyPlaceACC@gmail.com
C-2) Architectural Control. No structure, whether residence, accessory building, tennis or
sport court, swimming pool, decks, patios, antenna (whether located on a structure or on a Lot), flag pole, wall, fence, landscaping, recreational equipment or other improvements, including exterior colors and materials to be applied to said improvements, shall be constructed, maintained or performed upon any Lot and no alteration or repainting of the exterior of a structure shall be made unless complete Architectural Review Application (” Application”) Plans, specification and plot plans therefore shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by a majority of the Committee. Approval shall also be required for location of improvements with respect to topography and finish grade elevation. Said Application, plans, specifications and plot plans shall show the exterior design, height, building materials and color scheme thereof, the location of the structure plotted horizontally and vertically, the location and size of driveways, the plans for required landscaping, and the grading plan. A copy of such Application, plan specifications and plot plans as finally approved shall be deposited with the Committee.
Q: What projects do I need to seek approval on from the ACC?
A: ACC approval is required for any exterior or structural changes. This list below includes commonly requested improvements but is not intended to be all encompassing. Please contact the ACC if you have any questions about whether your improvement requires approval.
Additions to the home, Exterior color changes, Satellite Dish, Boulder Wall, Hand Railings, Screened Porch, Deck, Patio, Solar Panels, Egress Window, Pergola, Sport Court, Driveway Expansion, Play Structure, Inground Pool, Fencing, Hot Tub, Basketball Hoop, Landscaping, Gardens, Fire Pits, etc.
Outdoor Fall Maintenance To Do’s
• Rake or blow leaves
• Clean up garden
• Clean up flower beds
• Trim trees and shrubs
• Clean rain gutters
• Apply winter lawn food
• Winterize tools
• Blow out sprinklers
• Cover hose bibs
Spring has arrived!
Happy Spring! Now is a great time to start thinking about improvements you would like to make to your lot as the weather warms up! Please remember, you will need ACC approval prior to beginning a project on your lot. Please submit your materials early so you have plenty of time to get on your contractors schedule, the ACC has up to 30 days to review requests once materials are submitted.
Lawn Maintenance Reminder – once we officially enter mowing season, it is important to ensure your lot meets the CCR requirements of being mowed/maintained at least once every fourteen (14) days, and that the lawn and all landscaping beds are kept free of weeds.

Winter Update
Snowy season is upon us. Vendors have 12 hours to clear HOA maintained areas, after snow fall has stopped. If you notice HOA maintained areas that are not being cleared, please reach out to us at hoa@dsirealestate.com.
If you are not sure what areas are/are not maintained by the HOA, please click the “Documents” button to the right to review the Snow Removal Map.
Homeowners are responsible for snow removal on their individual driveways, walkways, stoop, stairs, etc.
