Winter Update
Snowy season is upon us. Vendors have 12 hours to clear HOA maintained areas, after snow fall has stopped. If you notice HOA maintained areas that are not being cleared, please reach out to us at hoa@dsirealestate.com.
If you are not sure what areas are/are not maintained by the HOA, please click the “Documents” button to the right to review the Snow Removal Map.
Homeowners are responsible for snow removal on their individual driveways, walkways, stoop, stairs, etc.

The HOA is not responsible for snow removal on the City Streets. If there are issues, please reach out to the City of Sun Prairie directly: https://cityofsunprairie.com/528/Snow-Ice-Information.

• Clean up garden

• Trim trees and shrubs

• Apply winter lawn food
• Winterize tools
• Blow out sprinklers
• Cover hose bibs
