What is the ACC? The ACC oversees any exterior or structural changes you would like to make to your property and makes sure it complies with the CCR’s and building restrictions the were written for your neighborhood.
How is it different from the HOA? The HOA is a non-profit corporation registered with the State and managed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Its purpose is to maintain all common areas and to govern the community in accordance with the provision of the legal documents: CC&R’s, Bylaws, and Articles of Incorporation.
