Universal Application

Don’t see your project listed under the Standard Application section? This means your project will require additional materials, review from the ACC, and use of the Universal Application. These improvements involve structural changes such as, but not limited to, additions to the property, fences, sunrooms, patios, decks, solar panels and in-ground pools.

Please submit the following:

• Signed Universal ACC Application
• Site Plan with improvement location marked
• List of Materials and Colors that will be used
• Architectural or Landscape Drawings and Pictures
• Additional Exhibits as requested by the ACC
