Standard Application
Standard Approval projects tend to follow the same set of guidelines for each improvement. We have streamlined the approval process for these by allowing you to agree to a set of requirements listed on the applications.
For projects that fall within the Standard Approval category, simply review, sign and return the application to acc@dsirealestate.com, if your project meets the Standard Requirements listed on Page 2 of the application.
If your request falls outside of the Standard Requirements listed on the Standard Application, we ask that you submit a Variance Request. A variance request will require additional processing of your application to ensure compliance and may require additional information to accompany your request, in order for an approval to be granted.
